Tough Fitness Program

Insanity is not a program for every person. You should have a good condition before starting the Insanity workouts. Getting started with Insanity
Before you start with the Insanity fitness program, you will need the Insanity DVD and obviously a DVD-player and TV to play the DVDs on. It is also advisable to have a gym mat for your exercises. The workout program takes 60 days, so make sure to free time in your daily schedule, since you need to work out 6 days a week. It is really a serious commitment you are making.
Each training session starts with a warming up and ends with a cooling down and during the program you are being advised to listen to your body and take water-breaks if needed.
