SS Thistlegorm
The SS Thistlegorm in the Red Sea in Egypt is the most popular ship wreck in the world. This is a large British ship from Glasgow that was on its way from Glasgow to Alexandria, which was attacked by the Germans and sunk. It was carrying rifles, motorbikes, cars, trailers and more.
Groups can dive to the ship and also swim inside the SS Thistlegorm and see the rusted machinery, guns, cars, torpedoes and the large hole, that was created by the German bomb hitting the ship.
